This CEORA® configuration is equipped with the drive unit, CEORA® 544 EPOS®, the tailored-made cutting deck, RZ 43L, and the charging station, CS4.

The Husqvarna CEORA 544 EPOS is a commercial-grade, autonomous robotic mower paired with the RZ 43L cutting deck, designed to maintain massive turf areas like golf courses, sports fields, and municipal grounds. It operates wire-free using satellite navigation, providing highly precise, systematic mowing.

Key features and specifications of this system include:

• High-Precision Cutting: Uses the Razor 43L cutting deck, which features three cutting discs and 15 high-speed steel razor blades. It is specially developed for golf fairways and sports pitches, allowing for cutting heights as low as 10 mm.

• Husqvarna EPOS Technology: Operates via satellite-based RTK-GNSS technology for virtual boundaries instead of physical perimeter wires, achieving an accuracy of up to 2-3 cm.

• Vast Coverage: Capable of systematically mowing up to 38,000 m² (Pro Quality), and up to 57,000 m² for regular maintenance. It navigates in parallel lanes and varies its paths to avoid creating track marks.

• Management & Control: Integrates with Husqvarna Fleet Services so managers can control the fleet, define work areas, set distinct cutting schedules, and establish temporary stay-out zones via a smartphone or computer.

• Autonomous & Quiet: Operates quietly with zero direct emissions, making it an eco-friendly alternative to traditional ride-on mowers.

• Easy Maintenance: The cutting deck is easily adjustable and can be tilted into a vertical service position, allowing for quick, hose-washable cleaning.

The drive unit runs on a robust 49 Ah Li-Ion battery, giving it about 225 minutes of mow time per charge. Because there are no physical wires to break, the system offers high flexibility for scattered, complex grounds.
